1. Order Processing Time

  • Schedule: Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • Delays: If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you if there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days.

  • Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to external factors.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation via email or SMS. This will contain your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Quik Emirates is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged:

  1. Contact us immediately to file a claim.

  2. Save all packaging materials and the damaged goods.

  3. Provide photos of the damaged item and the box it arrived in.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Accuracy is key! We are not responsible for orders that are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your details before finalizing your order.
