At Quik Emirates, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our structured policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unworn or unused, with all original tags attached.

  • In its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us at Quik Emirates right away if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.

  • You received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue immediately to make it right.

5. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishables: Food, flowers, or plants.

  • Customized Goods: Special orders or personalized items.

  • Personal Care: Beauty and health products.

  • Hazardous Materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Sale Items & Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on these.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. European Union 14-Day "Cooling Off" Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided the item meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 2.

8. Refunds

  • Inspection: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.

  • Approval: We will let you know if the refund was approved.

  • Processing: If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
